Goto to google playstore and download this app called "ULTRASURF"

Goto Your apn settings and input like this:
apn name:NaijaAdvance(web)
apn:Dac.ng
proxy:10.71.170.5
Port:8080

Now save, if the apn is slow for you then use Your default apn

Open the ultrasurf app then use the settings below;

1. Click the top right with 3 dots 
2. Tap on "PROXY" 
3. Now select "HTTP PROXY; must support HTTPS(CONNECT)

Set it as below:

• Proxy address:10.71.170.5
• Proxy port:8080
• Username:
• Password:

If the above setting is unstable for you, use (No Proxy)

NOW GO BACK & HIT CONNECT

NOTE: use a register sim (9mobile) and have atleast 10mb or 1mb on the sim.

Now CONNECT to the ultrasurf VPN when the mb finishes it will be connected.

Now disconnet the VPN and CONNECT with No mb, it will connect with no mb. This means you have activated your 9mobile magic sim.
