NOTICE TO ALL ND (FT) APPLICANTS
This is to inform all aforementioned applicants that the screening is scheduled for Monday 18th - Friday 22nd. You can come for your screening any day from 18-22, Screening starts 9a.m each day at the main campus of the institution (permanent site)
The screening venues for the various faculties/schools and departments is shown in the attachment below.
You are required to come with:
O level result,
The result checker to verify your result(s) (o level).
If you are using two sittings, you have to come with result checker for the two sittings.
UTME result
Screening slip (registration slip)
photocopy of FORM A (security form)
Birth certificate or declaration of age
State of Origin.
